Conrad holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (University Of Melbourne), Mental Health First Aid training (Mental Health First Aid Australia) and a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs.
As a coach and mentor, Conrad has worked with participants from the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre to develop transformative micro businesses, Foundation For Young Australians Young Social Entrepreneurs Program coaching high-potential entrepreneurs and currently leads the programming and curriculum at one of Australia’s best private rehabilitation centres.
Conrad is a highly-respected leader, having founded three companies and worked in senior management for some of Australia’s most innovative and culturally-conscious organisations. His leadership style is results-focused and rooted in empathy and genuine care.
Conrad’s personal journey with addiction, highly-recognised standing in the Melbourne addiction recovery community, and marked professional success developing and coaching high-performance individuals and teams have inspired him to found Addiction Coaching Australia and design The Delta Path, a modern alternative to substance misuse and other addiction therapies.

After 20 years working in the corporate sector in a variety of industries ranging from recruitment to renewables Bec made the decision in 2020 to put her energy towards her passion, helping people transform their lives by breaking the cycle of addiction. Her grandfather was a POW and father a returned soldier, Bec has a solid understanding of PTSD and has had exposure to the Department of Veteran Affairs, trauma therapy and associated issues.
Bec is currently acquiring her Certificate 4 in Alcohol and Other Drugs has 5 years’ experience working with addicts from all walks of life, counselling, mentoring and ultimately assisting them to regain control of their lives. She has spoken at hospitals, rehabs and prisons and is highly visible in the recovery community.
A qualified Self Directed Healing Practitioner with lived experience in addiction, Bec offers well-honed coaching skills, authentic empathy, good sense of humour and passion for recovery and the freedom it brings.

Joining ACAU as a Coach and support worker, Daniel has a passion for helping others, especially men suffering from addiction. Having struggled with his own battle of addiction, he has used the tools and support offered by Addiction Coaching Australia to break free from the cycle, and now lives a free and fulfilling life.
Focusing on methamphetamine addiction, Daniel uses his lived experience and formal studies in Alcohol and Other Drugs and Mental Health to help clients transform their lives.
